- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Lamar and his staff are completely unprofessional ESPECIALLY to military families. My appointment with him was cancelled multiple times in order for him to take his vacation. When I asked what doctor was covering him while he was gone his receptionist said no one. Apparently while the doc takes vacation we're all supposed to put our pregnancy needs on hold. I never even got to see him as a patient bc he and his office tossed me around so much. When I became upset about it all, I was then accused of being rude and told that I could find another doctor. This is how Lamars office treats his patients. They're too busy to serve this community. I've called and filed formal complaints with the Clinics of North Texas, Tricare and the 82nd Medical Group. I highly suggest if you're pregnant you find another doctor as your first interaction with him will be a receptionist telling you that you need to prove your pregnancy before seeing him....even with insurance referrals. Worst experience ever! I would rathe them NO STARS, but it's not available.November 30, 2016by Kate Burton
