- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had a horrible experience, I do not reccomend. The doctor and nurses do not listen to you, they ignore you when you say something is wrong and request more in depth testing. I requested an ultrasound several times, and the Secretary named kat or something refused to book one for me, telling me I was crazy and not pregnant. Refused to listen to me, just automatically assumed I wasn't without knowing who I am or having my medical records opened. I went to a freestanding ultrasound clinic, and sure enough. I was pregnant, just like suspected. The doctor does say insensitive things and is very rough. When they did a pap, I waited in the room for an HOUR (with an appointment mind you, I was in the office for 2 hrs and only 15 mins or so were actual prodecures) and they came in and I had the most painful pap smear I have ever experienced. When they first took my information, I was trying to explain my medical history, and was interrupted mutiple times while the nurse writing it down told me about her issues. (I don't mind friendly conversation. I mind when I am trying to tell you about pertinent information and its ignored and not written down in my records)November 22, 2017by Kayla Louise
